Splash Zone outdoor pool opening Friday, June 3

The outdoor pool at Splash Zone will be open on Friday, June 3. Cool off by the pool with a snack from our concession or enjoy an afternoon of play on the slides and children’s water feature. Daily admission is $7. Monthly, six month and annual memberships are available; Oberlin residents receive a discount with proof of residence. Splash Zone is located at 95 West Hamilton Road in Oberlin. Please call (400) 774-5059 for hours and rates.

The handicapped-accessible facility features an indoor walking track, two indoor pools, an outdoor, and a water feature for children. The facility also offers Lifeguard, Kayaking and Swim lessons to the public. Splash Zone offers land aerobics and water aerobics classes, including Zumba, Water Arthritis, Pilates, Spinning Classes, and more. Our party room and field house are ideal rental spaces for parties and recreational gatherings.

Lorain County Metro Parks has served the residents of Lorain County for 53 years. The district cares for 25 beautiful parks that include over 9,000 acres, 80 miles of trails, two stunning gardens, an impressive golf course and a picturesque lake front park. June 3: 3 to 6:45 p.m.

June 4 and 5: 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

June 6 to 9: 3 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

June 10 to Aug. 28: 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
